In this picture there is a sad boy sitting outside of his home. This is most likely because of fighting and/or being with someone they do not want to live with because his parents got a divorce and he did not get to chose whom he wanted to be with. Being that the child is not 15, 16, or 17 he will most likely not get a say in who he wants to live with. Most of the time the parents will not let the child talk to the judge because they are minors and the parent wants what they think is best for the child or children. The judges also do not want to put the burden on children on picking one of their parents. For example, a child would not need the responsibility of picking a favorite parent during the divorce itself.
