"Grandparents would win new legal rights for access to their grandchildren after divorce under proposals to be announced today." This just simply states that in the United Kingdom grandparents may now gain custody of their grandchildren if the court thinks it is best fit for the child or children and if the grandparents are sutible and are willing to take care of the kids. This is logos and research because it is a fact fromt he United Kingdom Times newspaper. One thing I do not understand is, how come they could not gain custody before 2011?
